Description
he Foundation 'Tito Balestra' is hosted in the Malatesta Castle, which dominates the historic centre and from which it is possible to admire the whole Romagna. The collection includes 3000 pieces by Italian artists of the XX century (Rosai, Maccari, Sironi, Morandi, ...) and a precious collection of drawings by foreign artists (Goya, Chagall, Matisse, ...). The exhibition, with various meetings on art and literature, is organized by the foundation named  Tito Balestra (1923-76), poet and art collector, who was just the latest of many illustrious figures of culture in Longiano.
