Description
The building is located in Gambettola inside the Artisan Centre 'La Fabbrica'. It was built in 1910 as former cementworks and then convertited into an artisan centre of services, in 1990. The author of the restoration is Angelo Grassi (designer). Several are the pieces of interest: in the central building, 'Fabbrica', we find a gallery for contemporary art, a laboratory of theatre, a little library concerning art, culture of re-use. In the highest section (35 m.), there is an observatory with telescope for panoramic views. Below (20 m.), there are terraces, where you can admire some hanging gardens. At the ground floor, the exposition of forniture designed by Angelo Grassi, made of re-use wood, and the show-room of the firm.

Frequent are the shows of hand-made works. To be remembered the so-called 'Arte in Fabbrica', which takes place every year at the beginning of October.
