Qbio was born from a passion for the world of food and its primary ingredients. A fascinating research embracing tastes, perfumes and skilful elaborations.Mother doughs with organic flours, alkaline water, organic vegetables and fruit from our farm are primary elements on which our proposal is based; their strength makes the difference. The restaurant is dynamic, functional, evolved: this is the restaurant we have in mind, where the protagonists are people and the products they create. 

Cuisine
Qbio's proposal includes alkaline water, mother dough with various self-produced flours, as well as maximum quality and naturalness of raw materials, such as S.Marzano tomato sauce, Mozzarella Fior di Latte Palazzo, organic meats and cheeses coming from Cooperativa agricola di Sadurano. Fruit and vegetables mostly come from our organic garden at our farm, Az.Agr Terra Sole Cibo di Forlì.
