Description
The Cathedral of Cesena shows today the shape of the origins, with a
romanic facade and a gothic interior. It was built by Underwalden
between the XIV and the XV century, with addition of the bell-tower
later (1456, by Maso di Pietro). Inside, the Chapel of Vergin Mary of
People (1746-48), with depicted dome (Genealogy of the Vergin by Corrado
Giaquinto, 1750-51) and the Altar of Corpus Domini (G. B. Bregno,
1494-1505).
