Profile
He became Lord of Cesena in 1429, even if his brother and enemy
Sigismondo shared the power with him for the first years. He was gentle
and tollerant, and loved art most of all. He built the Library (1447-52), the Fortress (1380-1480 ca.), the Hospital of the Crucifix (dismantled) and the walls.

Malatesta Library (unique in the world of the type humanistic-conventual to have been fully preserved).
